About The Position

This is a full-time 40hr per week position with the hours of 8am-6:30pm with every 3rd weekend rotation. This role also has a 1-2 holidays per year rotation. This is an onsite position at our Care Coordinator Center located in Centerville OH and will be with all teams across OHI territories. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed. Utilizing exceptional customer service skills to meet customer needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Computer skills sufficient to properly schedule and communicate effectively.
Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather
Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen

Nice To Haves

Two years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates excellent customer service skills to answer and address customer needs
Assists in other activities and departments when requested.
Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities to support the quality of Ohio’s Hospice services.
Precepts new staff to support professional relationships with newly hired team members as required.
Communicates accurately all services available
Obtains accurate and thorough information
Documents interactions appropriately
