About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at The Crestone Senior Living in Olathe, Kansas. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with activities of daily living, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in resident care.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Be present and share talents, being someone others can count on.
• Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
• Be curious, ask questions, and be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
