About The Position
Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner at Villas of Holly Brook Newton in Newton, Illinois. The position is available full-time or part-time on the NOC/third shift, with an hourly salary range of $16.00 to $17.00. The role provides direct care to residents and assists with daily activities, while maintaining care records and reporting changes in residents’ conditions. The role involves interacting effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Successfully complete training as required by state regulations.
- Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly.
- Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
- Honesty, fairness, dependability, and respect for the confidentiality and rights and privacy of others.
- Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents and assist them with daily activities.
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
- Maintain proper care records.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
