About The Position

Meridian Senior Living is hiring a Care Partner to provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities. The role includes helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of training as required by State regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and independently.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Must be honest, fair, dependable, and respectful of confidentiality and others’ rights and privacy.
Must meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
