About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Partner for The Princeton Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development. The Care Partner will proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. The position requires a compassionate individual who is at least eighteen years old, possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, can communicate effectively in English, has a positive and energetic attitude, and has basic computer skills. The role is physically active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping, with the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds, and assist residents with mobility and after falls. Candidates must be criminally cleared.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities
