About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a full-time Care Partner for The Princeton Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This role involves creating human connection with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and fostering a positive environment. The position requires empathy, engagement, and a proactive approach to resident care. Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states and employs nearly 1,400 people.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
