About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for a PRN position at The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. This role involves creating human connections with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, and fostering a positive environment. Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
