About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at The Boulevard St. Charles. This full-time position offers a competitive starting wage of $17-$22.75 per hour and a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Foster an inclusive and positive environment.
- Be curious and engaged in your development, growth, and training.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
