About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule and a starting pay range of $17.00-$22.25 per hour. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," creating human connection with residents during their vulnerable moments. You will be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Be present and reliable for residents and team members.
  • Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
  • Be curious, ask questions, and engage in development, growth, and training.
  • Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assist persons after a fall.
