About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is hiring a part-time Care Partner at Vitalia N Olmsted in North Olmsted, Ohio. The role pays $18–$24 per hour and is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Week 1 shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday; Week 2 shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. The Care Partner creates human connections with residents and contributes to an inclusive, positive environment. The role assists residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Team members are expected to be present and dependable, bring a positive and energetic attitude, and engage in their own development, growth, and training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude and enthusiasm for working with residents.
Computer skills sufficient to print documents and enter resident information.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connections with residents, including during vulnerable moments.
Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment through engagement with residents, team members, and the community.
Be dependable and present for residents and coworkers.
Participate in development, growth, and training within the organization.
Print documents and enter information about residents.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
