About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner for their Hudson Grande Senior Living community in Hudson, Ohio. This full-time position offers a sign-on bonus of $3,000 and a pay range of $18-$20 per hour. The role involves creating human connection with residents, being present and reliable, fostering an inclusive and positive environment, engaging in personal development and training, and proactively assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
