About The Position

Arrow Senior Living manages a collection of senior living communities that offer varying levels of care including independent living, assisted living, and memory care in 25 properties currently in 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 employees! We are looking for someone to be an “Advocate of Empathy,” creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments. The role also requires being a “Generous Gift Giver” by being present and sharing talents, being someone others can count on. Additionally, the position involves being “💯” by creating an inclusive and positive environment, and being an “Engaged Egghead” by being curious and engaged in development, growth, and training. The role is proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
Active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
