Care Partner 6pm-6am $19-24 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Hudson Grande. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating human connections with residents during their vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The position requires a positive and energetic attitude, computer skills, and the physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to communicate effectively in English, and pass a criminal background check.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
- Maintain an inclusive and positive environment.
- Be engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
