About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Montrose in Copley, OH. This part-time role involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily living activities. The ideal candidate will be at least eighteen years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, have strong English communication skills, a positive and energetic attitude, basic computer skills, and the physical ability to perform the job duties, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and assisting residents with mobility. Criminal clearance is required.

Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
Be curious and ask questions to understand resident needs and care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
