About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Care Partner to join our team at Carriage Court in Hilliard, OH. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, being present and reliable, fostering a positive and inclusive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development. The role requires proactive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care. Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.
