About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our team at The Princeton Senior Living in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This is a Full Time position with a starting wage of $17.50-$24.25 per hour. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, and a proactive approach to assisting residents with their daily living activities. The role involves creating human connections, being a reliable team member, fostering a positive environment, and engaging in continuous learning and development. The Princeton Senior Living is part of Arrow Senior Living, which manages a collection of senior living communities offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care across 25 properties in 5 states and employs nearly 1,400 individuals.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
  • Creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
  • Being present and a reliable team member.
  • Creating an inclusive and positive environment.
  • Being engaged in development, growth, and training within the organization.
  • Assisting residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Assisting persons after a fall.
