About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Kentridge. This full-time position involves providing direct care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. The role emphasizes empathy, connection, and a proactive approach to assisting residents with their daily needs. Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Proactively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
