About The Position

This position is for a Care Partner at Hudson Grande Senior Living in Hudson, Ohio, part of Arrow Senior Living. Arrow Senior Living manages 25 senior living communities across 5 states (Missouri, Iowa, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana) and employs nearly 1,400 individuals. Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with Residents
  • Possess a positive and energetic attitude
  • Possess computer skills to be able to print documents and enter information about Residents
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall
  • Must be criminally cleared

  • Be proactive with assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care
