Care Partner 7am-7pm $18-23.75 (Part Time)
About The Position
Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia Strongsville. This part-time role involves creating human connections with residents, providing assistance with daily living activities, and fostering an inclusive and positive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in assisting residents. The ideal candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform physical tasks associated with resident care.
Requirements
- At least eighteen (18) years of age.
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
- Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be criminally cleared.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
- Be present and reliable for team members and residents.
- Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be curious and engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
- Assist persons after a fall.
