About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia N Royalton. This full-time position involves creating human connections with residents, assisting them with daily living activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, reliable, engaged in their personal growth, and proactive in their approach to resident care. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Computer skills for printing documents and entering resident information.
• Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Contribute to an inclusive and positive environment by investing wholeheartedly in work, team members, and the community.
• Be curious, ask questions, and engage in personal development, growth, and training within the organization.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist persons after a fall.
