About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Vitalia N Olmsted. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. We are looking for individuals who embody empathy, generosity, dedication, curiosity, and proactivity in assisting residents with their daily needs.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Must be criminally cleared.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
Invest with your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
Be curious and engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking.
Assist persons after a fall.
