About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Boulevard St Peters. This full-time position involves providing direct care and creating meaningful connections with residents, ensuring their well-being and quality of life. As a Care Partner, you will be an "Advocate of Empathy," a "Generous Gift Giver," "đź’Ż," an "Engaged Egghead," and "Proactive" in assisting residents with their daily living activities.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
  • Must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
