Requirements
- Certified by the state to provide resident care.
- Able to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, bend, reach and grasp frequently
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 40 pounds occasionally
- Speak, see, and hear, so that I can communicate with residents and co-workers
Responsibilities
- Deliver care to senior residents with Legendary Hospitality—anticipating needs and personalizing each interaction
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Support your team—communicate clearly and step in when needed
- Lead by example with reliability, positivity, and accountability
- Help create a space where everything speaks—clean, welcoming, and high-touch
