Requirements

• Certified by the state to provide resident care
• Able to stand, sit, walk, squat, kneel, bend, reach and grasp frequently
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, and over 40 pounds occasionally
• Speak, see, and hear, so that I can communicate with residents and co-workers

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to senior residents with Legendary Hospitality—anticipating needs and personalizing each interaction
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Support your team—communicate clearly and step in when needed
• Lead by example with reliability, positivity, and accountability
• Help create a space where everything speaks—clean, welcoming, and high-touch
