About The Position

The Gables of Green is hiring Care Partners, CNAs, and STNAs to join its Assisted Living and Memory Care team. The role focuses on providing compassionate, dependable, dignified resident care and first-class customer service. Full-time day shifts are 7 a.m.–7 p.m.; full-time night shifts are 7 p.m.–7 a.m. Training and support are provided, and healthcare experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
• Must be criminally cleared.
• Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
• Must be in good physical health and free from tuberculosis.
• Must have dependable transportation and be able to work varying hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, dignified care and first-class customer service.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care, as listed in each resident’s Service Plan.
• Learn residents’ interests, hobbies, histories, and personal preferences to provide individualized service.
• Respond promptly to resident requests.
• Comply with departmental recordkeeping requirements.
• Promptly answer the emergency call system, telephone, and paging systems.
• Attend scheduled team member meetings and other community-wide meetings as requested.
• Participate in voluntary and mandatory ongoing education and in-service training.
• Demonstrate understanding of and support for Resident Rights.
