Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college education preferred.
A proven ability to learn new tasks quickly and pivot priorities on short notice.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of punctuality and a flexible mindset regarding shift assignments and emergency logistical needs.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including flight bookings, ground transportation under tight deadlines.
Maintain a high level of availability to cover shifting priorities and urgent assignments as the departmental needs evolve.
Perform comprehensive insurance verifications, researching complex coverage issues and ensuring all authorizations are secured prior to service.
Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, assessing urgency and accurately routing clinical inquiries to the Clinical Care Navigator.
Evaluate and prioritize daily tasks, pivoting between clerical duties and urgent operational needs without a loss in productivity.
Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and travel logs, ensuring they meet internal audit standards.
Ensure accurate documentation and follow-through across care workflows.
Coordinate with external providers and internal partners to support care delivery.
Identify recurring operational issues and surface improvement opportunities.
Maintain HIPAA compliance and data integrity standards.
