About The Position

Morada Senior Living is hiring a PRN Care Manager for its Morada Victoria community. The role provides hands-on care and physical and emotional support to residents while maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment. Care Givers help residents maintain independence, dignity, and physical safety, and support residents with daily living activities and life enrichment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, management, and co-workers.
Superior customer service skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities.
Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of residents’ rooms and work areas.
Help residents maintain independence while promoting dignity and physical safety.
Participate in and assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, and eating, as instructed.
Engage residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
