Provide Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) model to families and consumers with severe mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and other team members’ consumers and families. This role is part of the First Episode Psychosis Initiative (FEPI) and operates on a Monday-Friday schedule from 8a-4:30p. The base salary is $41,000, with potential for additional incentives based on language skills and behavioral health experience. Mileage reimbursement is also available.
