About The Position

Right at Home is a trusted leader in in-home care, dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Care Coordinator to join our office team. As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients and caregivers are supported through excellent communication and scheduling coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, scheduler, or administrative assistant preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with scheduling or CRM software
  • A compassionate, team-oriented attitude that reflects the Right at Home mission

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring alignment with client needs and preferences
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers-the Care Coordinator is often the first voice they hear
  • Prepare and organize documents, including physical and digital copies, for efficient office management
  • Accurately document all communications, schedule changes, and care updates in our internal system
  • Support the onboarding and training coordination of new caregivers, assisting where needed as a key administrative Care Coordinator
