Care Coordinator (Scheduler & Charge CNA)
About The Position
Harwood Place is seeking an experienced CNA to join our team as our Clinical Services Care Coordinator! The Care Coordinator will function in a dual role as both a Charge Resident Assistant and the Nursing Scheduler. Interested candidates should be organized, outgoing and dedicated to our mission and “4 C’s.” Harwood Place is a premier independent and assisted living facility in Wauwatosa. The Care Coordinator would enjoy a position with a consistent schedule, great culture and opportunity to connect with team members at all levels. Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Wisconsin
- Current or willingness to train for CBRF certifications in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with peers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health records
