About The Position
The Care Assistant provides resident care and reports resident information to clinical team members. The role performs or assists with general care and services for residents as outlined in their care plans. Care Assistants maintain positive communication and interaction with residents, families, and other team members to support resident safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans.
- BLS certification.
- Active Illinois CNA certification.
