The Care Administrator serves The Navigators by supporting the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom. This role primarily provides administrative support to the Director(s) of Care, Director of Pastoral Care, Director of Care Initiatives, and Director of Crisis Care, as well as other members of the Care Team. The position requires maintaining strict confidentiality, professional interactions, and managing various administrative tasks including inbox management, financial data input, HR coordination, and publication support. Additionally, the Care Administrator will coordinate travel, schedule meetings, assist with event planning and execution, and oversee logistics for Care-related events, meetings, seminars, conferences, and workshops. The role also involves participating in organizational processes, prayer, and submitting expense and time reports.
