We are seeking a motivated and strategic Cardiovascular Remote Sales Manager to lead and grow our cardiac surgery and cardiovascular service revenue business. This role will directly lead a team of seven sales professionals, with the opportunity to support additional team growth as the business expands. The Cardiovascular Remote Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing strategic customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within hospital systems, cardiac surgery programs, and cardiovascular service lines. This individual will play a key role in developing talent, strengthening team performance, and executing commercial growth strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented healthcare sales professional with strong communication skills, business acumen, and a passion for improving cardiovascular care delivery. Prior leadership experience is preferred, but not required for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership potential and the ability to coach, influence, and drive results.
