About The Position
The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our Cardiovascular (CVT) team in Great Falls, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established cardiovascular program while playing a key role in the continued growth of cardiology services across the region. The position offers a collaborative, physician-led cardiovascular team with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities. An optional 4-day workweek and predictable scheduling contribute to a strong work-life balance. The role utilizes an integrated EMR system (Meditech and Athena) for efficient care coordination and benefits from a comprehensive referral network. APPs practice at the top of their license with strong physician support, and the services are co-located on a shared campus with inpatient hospital, surgical suites, and outpatient services, including access to ancillary services like imaging, diagnostics, and rehab.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of critical care, cardiac, or closely related clinical experience required
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Eligible for Montana licensure
- Comfortable working in a collaborative cardiovascular setting
Nice To Haves
- Vein harvesting certification and/or first assist experience preferred
