About The Position

We are seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant for a Locum-To-Perm position in Hartford, CT. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient services, providing supplemental coverage. The position includes clinical duties and call responsibilities, with a shift schedule of Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, and 24-hour call. The Physician Assistant will care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, with an average patient volume of 10. Rounding is included. The facility is a Level I Trauma Center utilizing Epic EMR. The role requires the ability to work autonomously.

Requirements

• Active CT License
• BC (NCCPA)
• BLS, ACLS
• 1 year of experience
• Must be local
