This position is responsible for personnel management, service line oversight, quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and maintaining professional standards of practice. The Manager promotes the hospital’s mission, vision, and values while ensuring compliance with applicable state regulations, accrediting agencies, and professional practice standards.
