This role offers a strong internal referral network and collaborative provider partners across Cardiology and more than 1,600 Duly providers. The position is located in the vibrant suburbs of Chicago with excellent schools and convenient access to some of the nation's leading healthcare facilities.

Requirements

Graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner-Masters Degree
Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in Cardiology or similar setting preferred
Current Duly/SBC/QMG employee
