Cardiology Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
We are seeking a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology care. This role involves rounding on cardiology patients, collaborating with attending physicians and other Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), performing history and physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing patient treatment plans including discharge coordination. The position is for Locum Tenens coverage in Everett, WA, within an inpatient setting. The coverage period is from December 22, 2026, and is ongoing, requiring 14-21 shifts per month for full-time needs. The shifts are typically 7a-7p, 7p-8a, or 8p-7a. The average daily patient volume is 18-20.
Requirements
- Board Certified (BC)
- Active WA license or IMLC
- DEA required
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive inpatient cardiology care
- Round on cardiology patients in the hospital
