About The Position

The Medical College of Wisconsin’s Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to provide specialty medical care primarily at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, as well as within our academic practice at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin (FMCW) in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, collaboration across multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams, and opportunities for involvement in quality improvement, clinical trials, and bench research. The position also includes teaching cardiology fellows, residents, and students, and educating patients and families in various community outreach endeavors.

Requirements

• Fellowship trained in Cardiovascular Medicine (ACGME)
• Board certification or Board eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Wisconsin
• ACLS and DEA required

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty medical care primarily at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center and within the academic practice at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin (FMCW).
• Mix of inpatient & outpatient care at Froedtert Hospital and/or a Froedtert Community Practice site in southeastern Wisconsin.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary cardiovascular teams.
• Opportunity for involvement in quality improvement, clinical trials, and bench research.
• Teach cardiology fellows, residents, and students.
• Educate patients & families in various community outreach endeavors.
