About The Position

Baptist Heart Specialists is recruiting an Invasive Cardiologist to join its multidisciplinary team in the Baptist Beaches Primary Service Area. This outpatient opportunity offers a robust clinical practice with full health system support in a regionally top-ranked cardiology program. The practice includes hospital and ambulatory care and an established patient population. The cardiologist will provide general cardiology care, interpret diagnostic tests, and participate in an equally shared call schedule by subspecialty. The practice provides GE diagnostic equipment, dedicated rounding, and reading days.

Baptist Heart Specialists is a clinical practice with more than 30 board-certified physicians serving eight locations across four counties. Its services span diagnostic, invasive, and interventional cardiology, including peripheral vascular, comprehensive electrophysiology, and structural heart programs. Baptist Health provides physician marketing, liaison, integration, onboarding, credentialing, and training support. Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may be considered.

The primary location is the Beaches - Main Building, 1350 S 13th Ave, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible physician (MD or DO).
• Ability to obtain an active and unrestricted Florida medical license.
• Unwavering commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Practice the full spectrum of general cardiology in hospital and ambulatory settings.
• Interpret exercise stress tests, echocardiograms, ECGs, Holter monitors, TEES, and other diagnostic studies.
• Participate in dedicated rounding and reading days.
• Share the call schedule equally by subspecialty.
