Guided by a multi-disciplinary approach, researchers and clinicians drive a vibrant translational research program, which focuses on delivering the latest knowledge and cutting-edge care to patients. Specifically, research at KCVI seeks to improve patient outcomes by achieving earlier diagnosis of disease, more accurate monitoring of its progression, and tailoring therapy to the molecular basis of disease.
Requirements
- Licensed MD
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Active DEA licensure

Responsibilities
- Providing patient assessment and care in KCVI’s Adult Congenital Heart Disease and General Cardiology program.
- Taking a fair share of call.
- Providing mentorship and direction to students, residents, and fellows.
- Exploring research opportunities in your area of focus.
- Administrative duties may be assigned to this position in support of Institute initiatives and faculty development.
