Cardiac Sonographer (Per Diem, Weekend Nights)

About The Position
Performs echocardiography tests on adult and geriatric patients using 2-D, M-mode, color flow mapping, and cardiac Doppler techniques. Maintains performance improvement documentation in cardiac and ultrasound in accordance with IAC. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 11 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Requirements
- Hold an appropriate echocardiography credential: RDCS from ARDMS; RCS or RCCS from CCI; CRCS from Sonography Canada; or ACS from CCI.
- Hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
Nice To Haves
- Membership in professional society or societies related to sonography.
- Graduation from an accredited sonography or cardiovascular technology program.
Responsibilities
