About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer specializing in echocardiography to perform high-quality, non-invasive cardiac ultrasound procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical setting.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of echocardiography (ECHO) experience
- Strong proficiency in advanced transthoracic echocardiography (TTE)
- Active certification in one of the following: ARDMS – Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or CCI – Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
Responsibilities
- Perform non-invasive echocardiography studies, including advanced transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE)
- Acquire high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
- Collaborate with cardiologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adhere to established imaging protocols and quality standards
- Support clinical research and assist with procedures as needed
- Maintain equipment functionality and follow all safety guidelines
