Responsibilities

• Oversight of cardiac rehab department(s) daily operations, facility needs and overall clinical work flow.
• Assigns tasks and manages employee schedules within assigned productivity metrics.
• Evaluates cardiac patients and plans and implements cardiac rehabilitation programs.
• Responsible for administration, interpretation, and evaluation of tests and measurements.
• Assists in determining and assessing quality of cardiac rehab programs.
• Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
• Other related duties as assigned
