As a Cardiac Rehab Nurse, you'll play a vital role in providing theory-based, outcome-driven care for patients recovering from heart attacks, bypass surgery, stents, and other cardiac events. You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while collaborating with physicians, families, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes. Requirements
- Associate degree required
- Current Iowa RN license
- BLS certification
- Mandatory Reporter certification
- Minimum of 2-years clinical patient care experience
- Experience in disease management, including cardio/pulmonary assessment and ECG interpretation skills
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from cardiac events.
