About The Position

Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF), a Radiology Partners practice, is currently seeking a highly qualified, fellowship-trained Cardiothoracic Radiologist to join our well-established team in Sarasota, Florida. This position offers multiple flexible scheduling options tailored to your preferred workstyle and career goals. This position primarily supports Sarasota Memorial Hospital’s two campuses—the 901-bed, Level II trauma flagship in Sarasota and the Venice campus, opened in 2021. Under RAF, both sites offer comprehensive diagnostic and nuclear medicine services—including CT, 3T MRI, PET/CT, as well as a dedicated breast imaging suite. All facilities are American College of Radiology–accredited and integrated with SMH’s cancer, stroke, and emergency programs for seamless subspecialized care.

Requirements

• MD or DO with completion of Diagnostic Radiology residency
• Fellowship training in Cardiothoracic Imaging
• Board-certified or board eligible (ABR or AOBR)
• FL License or Eligible for Florida medical licensure

Responsibilities

• Monday-Friday schedule.
• Mix of onsite and remote
• Balance Case Mix: 50% Cardiac and 50% CT Chest . Cardiac includes coronary CTA, structural heart CT, and cardiac MRI.
• Volumes may vary depending on clinical needs and situational factors
• No additional call responsibilities associated with increased cardiac volume
