About The Position

VitalHire is hiring a travel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist for an acute care hospital in Eureka, California. The assignment is a 26-week contract with two openings and a start date of 11/16/2026. The weekly pay is $4,049, including a housing and meals stipend of up to $1,512 per week where eligible. The schedule is four 10-hour day shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Call is required; weekends and floating are not required. The daily caseload is 8–12. Procedures include coronary and peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, cardiac arrhythmias, and permanent pacemakers. Charting is done in Epic. First-time travelers and local candidates are accepted, and block scheduling may be considered. Time off must be approved when the candidate is submitted.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience.
• ARRT certification.
• California Fluoroscopy Permit; candidates with a permit application already submitted may be considered while the permit is pending.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• RCIS alone is not accepted.

Responsibilities
