About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with new graduates welcome to apply. The role involves working in a collaborative team environment in a beautiful coastal location. The practice environment includes 10 ORs and 2 OBs within a 427-bed hospital, with a Level II trauma center. The anesthesiologist will be involved in a variety of cases, including general, ortho, urology, heads, trauma, neuro, peds, and OB, with approximately 50 heart cases per year. The typical workday starts at 7 am, with options for 7 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 7 pm shifts. Call is typically 1-2 times per week with post-call off, and backup call requires a 30-minute response time.

- Board certified
