About The Position
St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, Florida, is seeking a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a collegial and experienced anesthesiology team serving patients across St. Joseph’s Hospital, St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital, and St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital. The anesthesiology group is a cohesive and highly respected team of 28 anesthesiologists and more than 50 advanced practice providers, working together to deliver outstanding perioperative care. Anesthesiologists play a vital role in caring for patients, with opportunities for involvement in complex and high-acuity cases. The position offers a diverse case mix, including subspecialty surgeries, and shared call responsibilities among the team.
Requirements
- Completion of (or current enrollment in) an ACGME-accredited Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship or equivalent advanced cardiac anesthesia training
- Current active Florida license and DEA or the ability to obtain prior to start
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology
