About The Position

Virtua Medical Group is hiring a full-time, cardiac-trained anesthesiologist to join its anesthesia team and provide coverage at Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, a tertiary care center in Camden, New Jersey. The position focuses on tertiary and complex inpatient care and is part of Virtua Medical Group, a clinician-led organization with more than 1,800 clinicians.

The position is onsite and offers a starting salary of $525,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including the applicant’s experience, call, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Requirements

• Board-certified anesthesiologist with post-training clinical experience.
• Completion of a Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship.
• Strong interest in tertiary and complex inpatient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
